When all we do all day is focus on the things we don’t have, our negative thoughts, our pain and suffering, our lack of money or lack of love, we block our energetic space and body from the flow of all the good that can come to us.

But…if we intentionally try to bring those negative thoughts and feelings to a neutral place, we create space to have what we truly want.

To me…this is what peace is about. Becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings, being intentional about them, and then clearing space for the good. And that is what this guided meditation is all about.

Do this meditation once a day for 7 days in a row and see what happens! (for me…it has been MAGIC).
