I have a friend who told me the story of when he was a kid in grade school. Christmas was his favorite time of year, and one morning, near Christmas, his alarm for school went off. It was set to play the radio. And this particular morning. Bruce Springsteen’s “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” shot through the airwaves. He says he sat straight up, eyes wide open, bursting out of bed, in excitement for this song, for this day, and for Christmas. Now…each time I hear this song, I get a similar burst of energy. The boss knows how to rally.
